The NBCIR contains data on contractual relations between lending entities and their clients, which determine our creditworthiness, trustworthiness, and payment morality. This includes data on accepted and rejected loan products, loan amounts, repayments, or whether we meet our obligations correctly and on time.
If we pay our debts correctly and on time, the financial institution will recognize this fact from our statement of record and will view us as a known and reliable client. This will be reflected in their offers and requirements. We may also get better terms than a client who is unknown or has a poor payment record.
The information in the NBCIR is updated monthly and retained for the duration of the contractual relationship with the financial institution and 4 years after its termination. If the contract with us has not been concluded, the Non-Banking Registry of Client Information keeps this information as a credit application for 6 months.
