In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, Act No. 480/2004 Coll. on certain information society services and on the amendment of certain acts, as amended, and Act No. 127/2005 Coll, on electronic communications and on amendments to certain related laws, as amended, CNCB, CRIF CZ and CRIF S.P.A. are entitled to use the telephone number or e-mail address provided by the user for the purpose of disseminating commercial communications concerning the products and services of CNCB, CRIF CZ and CRIF S.P.A., provided that the user is entitled at any time to refuse consent to the sending of commercial communications or to the provision of such information by telephone contact, by letter delivered to the registered office of the CNCB association or by sending an e-mail to klient@cncb.cz. There is no charge for refusing to consent to the dissemination of commercial communications.
